Free Setup

We do not charge a setup fee to design your name tag or desk plate layout.

Free Proof

We will prepare a proof of your name tag or desk plate design for free.* We will prepare new proofs and work with you on the design until it is to your liking.

Fast Proof

Our goal is to have your proof ready within 1 business hour. This applies to our regular Monday - Friday business hours of 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. eastern standard time. However, we can't always anticipate the number of orders we will receive and a 1-hour proofing time may not always be possible. Under these circumstances, your proof will be ready no later than by the end of our next business day.

Free Engraving

We will engrave your logo and an unlimited number of text lines on your name tag or desk plate for free.

Shipping

1st Class mail shipping is available for orders with a shipping weight of 14 oz. or less. We also offer expedited shipping methods from UPS. Expedited shipping costs are calculated based on your zip code and the weight of the order, and are provided by UPS at the time of checkout.

1st Class mail is the slowest shipping method available, and in some cases it can take as long as 10 business shipping days to receive your order. The U.S. postal service does not guarantee a delivery time frame for 1st Class mail, so we have no way of knowing exactly how long it will take them to delivery your order. If your order is time-sensitive, we suggest using one of our UPS shipping methods.

No Minimum Orders

We do not require a minimum order for most of our products. The only products that require a minimum order are Screen Printed name tags and Button tags. Both of these items require a minimum order of 100 pieces.

Please note: Screen printing is an older printing method and is not used very often now that digital printing is available. We produce very few Screen Printed name tags. The majority of the name tags we produce are either engraved or digitally printed, as these types of name tags best suite our customers' needs.

We feel confident that we offer the highest quality products at the most competitive prices. On occasion, it may appear that one of our competitors is offering a lower price on a comparable product. Be sure to compare ALL costs involved, as some companies will charge setup fees and exaggerated shipping charges to make up the difference.

2. Email or fax a copy of the competitors quote or advertised price and the product specifications to our customer support specialists

Money Back Guarantee / Return Policy

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Name Tag Country within 7 days of receipt of item(s).* Claims for damaged, missing or incorrectly produced items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of merchandise.

If your item(s) was produced incorrectly, (ie. misspelled name, wrong name, wrong item, etc.), or if your item is damaged or defective, you can return the item(s) for a full refund of the purchase price, or we will replace the item at no cost to you. This includes any shipping charges involved in returning the item or shipping your new item.

If your item(s) was produced correctly, and you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you have the option of exchanging the item(s) for something else or returning the item(s) for a refund of the original purchase price less shipping costs.

*Our money back guarantee excludes orders placed in error on behalf of the customer. If you order the wrong item or if you order an item incorrectly by providing us with inaccurate information for that item, it is not eligible for return. We go to great lengths to provide the customer with accurate descriptions of our products so they can make an informed buying decision. We then provide the product specifications to you several times during the online ordering process. If you are not certain of the product you are ordering, please contact us prior to placing the order. Most of our products are custom products and are made-to-order, so they cannot be returned simply because you made a mistake and ordered incorrectly.

Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, Name Tag Country reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of 35%.

How to return or exchange an item:

• In order to return an item you need to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number,
• To request an RMA number online click here. Be sure to include your order number with your request,
• To request an RMA number by phone, call Customer Service at 800-206-4099,
• If we shipped your order by 1st Class mail, seal the merchandise back inside the box and include the invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect. Write "Return to Sender" on the outside of the box and drop it in the nearest U.S. Post Office receptacle,
• If we shipped your order by UPS, and you are returning the merchandise because of our error, we will issue a call tag to UPS for pickup of the package,
• The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the box,
• Ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless you are returning the merchandise because of our error. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

24-Hour Turnaround

Please note: "Turnaround time", by industry standards, is defined as the time it takes to produce an order and ship it. Our "24-Hour Turnaround" is defined as the time it takes us to produce your order and ship it from our facility once you have completed the online order. It does not mean that you will receive your order 24 hours after you place the order. The time it takes for you to receive your order will depend on the type of shipping method you choose.

We will produce and ship most orders within 1 business day of receiving your completed order.* If a proof is required for your order, next day turnaround applies once you have approved your proof and completed the order. Large orders and specialty items can take longer to produce and may not ship within 1 business day. To GUARANTEE that your order ships the next business day, please select the “Next Day Shipping Guarantee” option on your order summary page when checking out and completing your order, (note the scheduled shipping date of your order highlighted in green). Next Day turnaround applies to our regular Monday – Friday business hours;

Example shipping times:

Order completed on Monday before 5:00 p.m. EST., - the order ships on Tuesday.
Order completed on Monday at 5:01 p.m EST., - the order ships on Wednesday.
Order completed on Friday before 5:00 p.m. EST., - the order ships on Monday.
Order completed on Friday at 5:01 p.m. EST., - the order ships on Tuesday.
Order completed on Saturday or Sunday, - the order ships on Tuesday.

*(1) 98% of all orders will ship within 1 business day. Given the nature of our business and the fact that we cannot always anticipate our daily workload, we cannot guarantee that EVERY order will ALWAYS ship within 1 business day. If your order is time-sensitive and you want to guarantee that your order ships the next business day, select the "Next Day Shipping Guarantee" option on your order summary page when checking out and completing your order. (2) Screen-printed plastic name tags will ship within 10-14 business days. (3) Next Day Turnaround is subject to item availability.

**In many cases, production of your order will begin immediately after you submit the order. Therefore, please do not request changes to your order once it has been submitted. Any change requested at that time will delay the order by 1 business day. Please make sure your order is accurate and complete before you submit it.

Same Day Guarantee

We will guarantee your order to ship the same day you complete the order, for a fee of 20% of the order subtotal, (total before taxes and shipping), or $20.00, whichever is greater.* You will ALSO have a shipping charge if you want the order shipped using one of our UPS shipping options. The 20%/$20 fee does NOT cover your shipping charges for UPS. The fee simply guarantees that we will ship your order the same day you complete the order.

*Requirements - You must receive prior approval from us that we can work your order into that days production run. Upon approval, the order must be completed by 2:00 p.m. eastern standard time the same day. A completed order is an order that has been submitted into our system, a proof has been approved by the customer (if needed), and the order has been paid for.

Product Warranty

We guarantee our products to be free from manufacturer defects for a period of 30 days from the time of delivery. We do not warranty our products against misuse, chemical exposure or abuse of the product.
