Claims for damaged, incorrect or missing items should be received within 7 business days of receipt

no charge to you or you may return it for a full refund. This includes any shipping charges.
We will not replace an item free of charge if the customer provided inaccurate or incomplete
information for the customization of the product.
Refunds will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of the sale. If you made
the payment by credit card, we will credit your account once we receive the returned product.
Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.

replacement. Most of our products are custom, so they are not returnable because you made a
