Turnaround Time

Most orders that have been paid for and completed by 5:00 p.m. EST (Monday through Friday) will ship the next business day.

Note: Screen Printed name tags and Buttons have a 10 business day turnaround.

Large-quantity orders may also require additional time to produce.

We shall not be liable for any interruption of delivery service due to a cause beyond our control, including but not limited to, the absence of a person or the refusal of such person of accepting the delivery of the shipment, action or omissions of the public customs authorities or the like, riots, strikes, or other labor disputes, public disturbances, factors that disrupts the air and ground transportation systems such as weather conditions and natural disasters, and an act of God.


Order and Return Policies

Tracking Numbers

  • We will send the tracking numbers to the email address associated to your account.
  • If you do not see the email in your inbox, be sure to check your 'spam', 'junk' or 'bulk' email folder.
  • If you do not receive an email with the tracking number, you can sign in to your account to track your order.

Order Cancelations

  • Most orders begin the production process shortly after the order is complete.
  • We cannot re-sell your custom item to someone else if you change your mind.
  • Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not allow cancellations in most cases.
  • Orders eligible for cancellation will have a 30% materials charge.

Return Policy

We guarantee our products to be free from manufacturer defects for a period of 30 days from the time of delivery. We do not warranty our products against misuse, chemical exposure or abuse of the product.

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your item. We must receive claims for damaged, missing or incorrect items within two business days after you receive your item.

If your item has one of the following issues, we will replace the item at no charge to you or you may return it for a full refund. This includes any shipping charges.

  • misspelled name
  • wrong name
  • wrong item
  • damaged or defective

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may do one of the following:

  • Exchange it for something else.
  • Return it for a full refund.

Our money back guarantee excludes orders placed in error on behalf of the customer.

If you order the wrong item or if you order an item and provide incorrect information, that item is not eligible for a refund.

We strive to provide our customers with accurate descriptions of our products. If you are uncertain of the product you are ordering, please contact us before placing the order. Most of our products are custom, so they are not returnable because you made a mistake while ordering.

We will issue the same payment form as tendered at the time of the sale for refunds. If you made the payment by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement. NameTagCountry reserves the right to refuse a return or charge a restocking fee of 15%.
