Turnaround Time

Most orders that have been paid for and completed by 5:00 p.m. EST (Monday through Friday) will ship the next business day.

Note: Screen Printed name tags and Buttons have a 10 business day turnaround.

Large-quantity orders may also require additional time to produce.

We shall not be held liable for any interruption of delivery service due to a cause beyond our control, including but not limited to, the customer providing an inaccurate or incomplete delivery address, the absence of a person or the refusal of such person of accepting the delivery of the shipment, action or omissions of the public customs authorities or the like, riots, strikes, or other labor disputes, public disturbances, factors that disrupts the air and ground transportation systems such as weather conditions, natural disasters or an act of God.


Order and Return Policies

Tracking Numbers

  • Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address associated to your account.
  • Check your 'spam', 'junk' or 'bulk' email folder if you haven’t received an email in your regular inbox.
  • Tracking numbers are also available by signing in to your account and clicking on the order number.

Order Cancelations

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not allow cancellations in most cases.
  • Most orders begin the production process shortly after you complete the order.
  • Custom products cannot be re-stocked if you change your mind.
  • Orders eligible for cancellation will have a 30% materials charge.

Warranty

We guarantee our products to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery. We do not warranty our products against misuse, chemical exposure or abuse of the product

Return Policy

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your order.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for a different product or you may return it for a full refund, within 7 business days of receipt of your order.

Claims for damaged, incorrect or missing items should be received within 7 business days of receipt of your order.

If we produce your order incorrectly because of our error, we will replace the incorrect item(s) at no charge to you or you may return it for a full refund. This includes any shipping charges.

We will not replace an item free of charge if the customer provided inaccurate or incomplete information for the customization of the product.

Refunds will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of the sale. If you made the payment by credit card, we will credit your account once we receive the returned product. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Our 100% satisfaction guarantee excludes orders placed in error on behalf of the customer.

If you order the wrong product or if you order a product and provide inaccurate or incomplete information for the customization of the product, that item is not eligible for a refund or replacement. Most of our products are custom, so they are not returnable because you made a mistake while ordering.

We strive to provide our customers with accurate descriptions of our products. If you are uncertain of the product you are ordering, please contact us before placing the order.
