Shipping Policies



Turnaround Time

Most orders that have been paid for and completed by 5:00 p.m. EST will ship the next business day. Note: We are closed on Saturday, Sunday and major holidays.

Please note: Production time will depend on our current workload. Next business day shipping is not guaranteed unless you choose the "Guarantee Ship Date" option during checkout.

Exceptions

Name Tags: Screen Printed name tags and Buttons have a 10 business day turnaround.

Paperweights: 4-10 business day turnaround.

Award and Recognition Products: 3 business day turnaround.

Large-quantity orders may also require additional time to produce.


Delivery

We are not responsible for any carrier delays in delivery. If your delivery date is critical, please order with plenty of time to account for any questions or issues that can arise pertaining to the production of your order, and anticipate the possibility of carrier delays.

Transit times do not include weekends or holidays.

Expedited shipping methods do not reduce production time.

We are not responsible for lost orders or additional transit time if an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided.

We shall not be held liable for any interruption of delivery service due to a cause beyond our control, including but not limited to: carrier delays, the customer providing an inaccurate or incomplete delivery address, the absence of a person or the refusal of such person of accepting the delivery of the shipment, factors that disrupt the air and ground transportation systems such as weather conditions, natural disasters or an act of God.

Lost or misdelivered orders: at our discretion, we may offer a one-time order replacement for an order that has been lost or misdelivered, for one given shipping address, that was not otherwise covered by carrier insurance.

**Service Alert: transit times for expedited shipping services may not be guaranteed by the carrier.

**UPS services: The UPS® Service Guarantee (also referred to as the UPS Money Back Guarantee) is currently active for all Domestic "Next Day" shipping services and 2nd Day Air A.M. service. The UPS Service Guarantee remains suspended for all other UPS® shipments and services from any origin to any destination.

**USPS services: Effective April 17, 2020, certain packages may take longer than usual to arrive. Priority Mail Express next-day service is unaffected.

Order and Return Policies



Tracking Numbers

  • Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address associated to your account.
  • Check your 'spam', 'junk' or 'bulk' email folder if you haven’t received an email in your regular inbox.
  • Tracking numbers are also available by signing in to your account and clicking on the order number.

Order Cancelations

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not allow cancellations in most cases.
  • Most orders begin the production process shortly after you complete the order.
  • Custom products cannot be re-stocked if you change your mind.
  • Orders eligible for cancellation will be assessed a 35% materials charge for any portion of the order that has already been produced.

Warranty

We guarantee our products to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery. We do not warranty our products against regular wear and tear, misuse, chemical exposure or abuse of the product


Return Policy

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your order.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for a different product or you may return it for a refund of the original purchase price, less shipping costs, within 7 business days of receipt of your order.

Our 100% satisfaction guarantee excludes orders placed in error on behalf of the customer.

Claims for damaged, incorrect or missing items should be received within 7 business days of receipt of your order.

If we produce your order incorrectly because of our error, we will replace the incorrect item(s) at no charge to you or you may return it for a full refund. This includes any shipping charges.

If you order the wrong product or if you provide inaccurate or incomplete information for the customization of the product, that item is not eligible for a refund or replacement. Most of our products are personalized, so they are not returnable, nor will we provide a free replacement, because you made a mistake while ordering.

Some non-customized products may be approved for return. These products are subject to a 35% restocking/materials fee. The customer will be responsible for return shipping charges and the original shipping charges are not refundable. These products must be received in new condition or a refund will not be provided.

We strive to provide our customers with accurate descriptions of our products and all the information necessary to make an informed buying decision. If you are uncertain of the product you are ordering, or ordering process, our policies or if you have any questions at all, please contact us before placing your order.

Refunds will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of the sale. If you made the payment by credit card, we will credit your account once we receive the returned product. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.
